Sam has started pee wee soccer. He plays on Saturday mornings and we can already see how this is the start of a very busy schedule. He has a little uniform (#8) and a team called the Rapids. It's all very
cute and slightly overwhelming. Joel is a c0-coach. As far as we can tell that means he makes sure everyone runs in the same direction and that the ball stays on the field. He did a great job and when he's practicing on his own he can dribble and put it in the goal, but when there are
others running around he tends to just be excited to run as a pack and doesn't really care about the ball. Oddly, before I knew it I was on the sidelines cheering him on. It happened before I even knew it. I am, from here on out, a soccer mom.
